We are creating a Crystal report for budget vs. actual using FBDETAIL and GLAMOUNTS tables.
However, the query is not returning records if the actual is zero or other records are not be returned as expected.

The relationship between FBDETAIL and GLAMOUNTS was not designed for querying in this way.

In order to get the data you are looking for from these two tables you have three main options:

1. Define a custom relationship between FBDETAIL and GLAMOUNTS in Lawson

2. Create a custom database view for records from both tables

3. Write a SQL query to query the tables directly from the database

The suggestions provided above are not supported by Lawson Support Center.
